This beginner pole dance fitness session will introduce you to the fundamentals of this unique workout through your progression of dance transitions, lifts and spins. Modifications will be offered for the lifts and spins ensuring success for each and every student and movements are taught progressively with safety as the first priority. Every move is broken down to ensure each student has an understanding of proper body alignment, momentum and control. There are no prerequisites to attend this class as our focus is on gaining strength and coordination as you move forward with confidence and grace.
6 Week Level 1 in Stoney Creek: Sunday July 9, 12-1pm
6 Week Beginner Level 1 in Niagara-on-the-Lake at Paradisaea: Thursday July 13, 6-7pm
This class is designated for students who are currently enrolled in a session to come and practice or make up for a missed class. Students may also decide to attend these classes regularly instead of committing to a session should it better suit their scheduling needs. Individuals with pole dance experience are also welcome to attend our open pole classes to practice or get assessed to continue to work through our levels. Drop Ins, Memberships and Passes available.

Some students may prefer a little one on one time to get started or compliment their current training. Private lessons are available with 2011 Canadian Pole Fitness Champion title holder for performances and competition training as well.
1 person - $120 for 90 minutes
2 people - $70 each for 90 minutes
3 people - $50 each for 90 minutes

All pole dance levels are available as sessions, one class per week, or during open pole class based on students availability. Sessions vary from 6-12 weeks in length depending on the level. Students being taught in the open pole platform will learn according to personal ability to progress safely and with confidence, but the moves taught are the same as in the sessions. Levels may be repeated and practice time is available during open pole classes to members and punch card holders.
The levels developed by SASS have been modified and revised continuously over the years to ensure a program that will suit everyone's needs. Every level consists of new moves and transitions which are taught in a progressive manner over the course of the session depending on each individuals increased strength and confidence to carry out each move safely. Bringing Sexy Back is a new 6 week dance series created for individuals wanting a FUN, FABULOUS way to MOVE. You will not only get a great workout, stretch and learn choreography each week, you will also have space to be yourself and have the confidence to express what makes you feel good both inside and outside of the studio. No dance experience required. Join in the fun!
