AcroYoga is a practice which combines acrobatics and yoga to develop strength, flexibility, balance and trust. Participants work in groups of three consisting of a base, flyer and spotter and will be guided through several partner poses and sequences. No prior experience or partner is required for the class. Bring your enthusiasm and energy to this fun and exciting experience.

Power Yoga/Partner Yoga

Grab your stilettos, let your hair down and get ready to dance with your new partner. This is not a lap dancing class, but we'll be using the chair as a prop to dance with, crawl on and twirl around. This class has become another favorite at our studio and our instructor has taken her class around the region teaching this fun and flavorful class. This is a great introductory class if you're not quite sure where to start as no experience is necessary.

Flexibility Flow

This suspension yoga class was developed to guide you into a state of calmness and total balance; mind, body and spirit. The studio's lighting and soft music will help set the tone as your instructor guides you through a series of stretches and decompression poses that will leave you feeling relaxed and ready for the week to come. All suspension yoga techniques will be taught within the first classes. No experience required and modifications are available for anyone with a fear of inversions or suspension.

Hula Hoop

Hula Makes You Happy By Mel

Hula Hooping is not only fun, it's a great workout! Come learn the fundamentals of hooping along with some cool tricks that will keep you working your core throughout this one hour class. Everything will be taught from the very basic level, so no experience is required and hula hoops will be provided if you don't have one of your own.

Come jump into shape with us! As one of our newest classes at SASS, it's quickly becoming one of our most popular. We've taken some of our best moves from our past bootcamps and cardio classes and put them on the mini trampolines for added cardiovascular and strength benefits!


Modifications are available to beginners. Drop Ins welcome! Passes start at $108 for 10 classes and are included in memberships.
